Over 20 years in fast growing medical/therapeutic companies, he developed a passion for helping excellent doctors subsidize for the business knowledge that is often overlooked by medical schools. His positivity, skills and experience help clarify strategy and engage teams in a better path forward.

Growth for private practices/small business, especially post COVID-19, has become more dynamic than ever.  Patient expectations and access has changed.  Managing and engaging your staff has become more difficult.  Sustainable growth through this evolution requires a clear strategy, and clear map to the desired behaviors, and your staff engaged in the future state.

Aside from his family and golf, one of his core joys is uncovering the unrealized potential with others.  From his work with the PLP Mentorship program at UNT, to pro bono work with people in career transition, his purpose is to help people to transcend their circumstances.  This combines with a broad training skillset to inspire, connect, design, and drive desired behaviors through teams and businesses like yours.
